Choose the product and quantity required then Click on the "add to Basket" button this and any other orders will be held in the shopping basket until you wish to check out. Whilst shopping you can check on the contents of your cart by clicking the "View basket" button on any page. Once in the shopping basket You can also delete or add any items as neccessary. Orders can be increased or deleted as neccessary before final checkout.
After choosing to checkout you will be asked to enter your email address and name and address details before progressing to payment details.Please note our site uses an automatic notification of order acceptance. You will recieve an email confirming your purchase and an email once the order has been dispatched.
Opening an account
You may create a user account with us either by visiting the welcome section on the home page, The link below or the first time a purchase is made a confirmation email will be sent with your unique password attatched. This can then be used to access your account for future purchases.

We accept Paypal, Visa, Solo, Switch, MasterCard, maestro, Amex and delta cards.
For non Paypal payments:: We will not take payment from you until your goods are ready for dispatch. If an item is out of stock, we will contact you to advise the options available and you can decide what you would like to do.
For Paypal payments:: any out of stock items can be back ordered for future delivery and any available products will be sent to you. If an item is unavailable due to supplier shortage you will recieve a refund.

All credit and debit card details are deleted upon processing of orders and staff at Banks & Burr do not have access to these details.
Mainland UK delivery information
Free next working day delivery on most mainland UK orders over £50
Postage cost if applicable is chosen by our system so no selection is required and
will be either of the two options below.
Small items, orders, terminal tackle etc
First class post only £2.99
Delivery by Royal mail.
free if over £50
All other items, orders only £4.99.
Delivery by APC Courier.
free if over £50
Next working day does not include Saturday or Sunday and order
must be recieved by 2pm for delivery the following day.
Special order items, pole spares, swap out etc, Postage will be charged at cost
Goods to Scottish highlands and channel islands will be subject to postage surcharge.
we can not be held responsible for delays
caused by our courier as this is beyond our control once your item leaves our premises.
Parcels except first class post items must be signed for at the chosen address.

Overseas orders can be placed with your debit or credit card or paypal[see below]
We will email you with the cost of shipping your parcel once we have recieved your order.
If you are happy with the cost of shipping we will then process your order.
All credit/debit card details are deleted if shipping charge not acceptable or when we have processed
your order. Your card will not be debited until acceptance of shipping cost and items ready for despatch.
Alternatively e mail us first with your requirements and we will quote on shipping first.
PayPal offers a very secure means of payment for our overseas customers.
Once you have paid by paypal we will request the shipping charge from you.
If the Shipping cost is not acceptable we will refund your paypal account and cancel the order.
If you are happy with the shipping costs then we will send your goods.
We have many happy overseas customers and can be trusted to provide a top class service from
initial order to secure guaranteed delivery.
As per the distance selling regulations any item can be returned unused and with original packaging within 14 days of purchase for a refund. We will not accept the return of any item that has been used unless the item is deemed to be faulty. Cost of carriage is senders liability whether for a refund or to swap goods.
We will pay for any returns that are deemed to be faulty and their subsequent replacement.
If non faulty items are returned and were sent post free we will deduct our cost to send the parcel from your refund.
